A clear handoff at every stage of the journey.

Understand the proposed process from a reviewed product brief to delivery. The sequence is illustrative: transport mode, destination, inspection and carrier schedules can change the actual milestones.

Review and confirm

Check product details, destination, document readiness and agreed scope. Confirm who is responsible for packing, collection, freight, customs representation and delivery.

Prepare and hand over

Agree packing and labelling, reconcile package counts and weights, and obtain a collection or handover record from the responsible party.

Confirm dispatch

Obtain the transport document from its issuer and compare its shipment identifiers, parties and route with the agreed instructions. Booking confirmation is not proof of departure.

Follow transit and arrival

Check the latest approved milestone and expected next action. A carrier delay, inspection or missing document may require an update to the plan; dates remain estimates unless expressly confirmed.

Destination review and release

The responsible licensed agent and authorities handle applicable declarations, checks and release. Never interpret a public tracking status as official customs permission.

Delivery and close-out

Confirm receipt with the authorised recipient, record discrepancies promptly and keep the delivery evidence and agreed case correspondence.

Example documents and checks

Planning examples only—not completed shipping documents or proof of approval. Exact requirements depend on the goods, origin and destination.

Commercial invoice

Example fields: seller and buyer, invoice date and number, goods description, quantities, currency, values and agreed delivery terms.

Check: Compare descriptions and quantities with the order and packing list; confirm authenticity with the issuer.

Packing list

Example fields: package numbers, contents, package count, dimensions and gross/net weights.

Check: Reconcile totals with the invoice and actual packed goods. Resolve differences before handover.

Transport document

Examples include a bill of lading or air waybill, depending on the transport mode.

Check: Verify the reference and shipment details through the issuing carrier or authorised agent—not an unfamiliar payment link.

Destination-specific documents

Permits, declarations, origin evidence or other certificates may be needed for the product and route.

Check: Confirm current requirements and validity with the relevant authority and licensed agent. A sample checklist is not an issued permit.

For Ghana, check the current GRA import procedures and Customs import/export guidance with your licensed agent. Guidance reviewed 24 October 2026; requirements can change.

How movement becomes a tracking update

Ask the team for your issued public tracking reference. Use it on the tracking page to view approved progress—not live GPS, private documents or a promise of delivery.

Account enquiries require sign-in; new accounts need email verification and Head Office approval. Your selection carries into the enquiry form. Nothing is submitted just by choosing a service. Email opens your mail app.

Describe the product, route, quantity and current stage first. Do not send passwords, payment PINs or identity documents in an initial enquiry. Use an agreed private channel for sensitive documents.
