- Request your public tracking reference from the MSGG trade team after a shipment record has been created. Registration alone does not create a shipment.
- Copy the reference exactly from the official communication and enter it above. No account password or payment PIN is required for public tracking.
- Read the approved status and next update, where available. Contact the team if a milestone needs clarification or an expected update is overdue.
What progress can look like
Illustrative sequence only—not a live shipment: document review → collection arranged → dispatched → in transit → destination checks → delivered. Your actual record may include different stages, holds or delays.
Tracking is not continuous GPS, proof of ownership, customs clearance or a guaranteed delivery time. Operational updates are published after review.
My reference is missing or not recognised
Check for typing errors and confirm that the reference came from MSGG. Ask the trade team to confirm the correct reference and whether the record is available. Do not try guessing other shipment references.
